London.
Global Capital
of Invention.
Ripe for
the picking.

SO MANY WAYS TO GET'ROUND THE CITY. SO FEW COMPETENT GUARDS.

Steam Engines

Commandeer a steam engine, and you have more than just supplies — you've got a mobile base for the whole gang. Be wary; keeping your balance atop a moving train makes a fistfight a challenge.
Horse-Drawn Carriage

Hijack some poor bloke's carriage to enter street races for extra cash. But when I'm in a bind, I find it easier just to hitch a ride on top of one.
Riverboats

I wouldn't recommend a swim in the Thames, unless you've a taste for industrial muck. I prefer to hitch a ride on the back of a ship; there's loads to choose from.
Rope Launcher

With sprawling streets pack like tins of herring, sometimes I find the easiest way to get around is simply from roof to roof.
The taller London’s
buildings rise, the longer
the shadows grow.

Seven boroughs, seven different cultures, but all with a single commonality. One day, they’ll all be mine.

City of London

Sky-high towers and stone walkways line the financial center, where those that truly run the country plot to keep themselves comfortably in power.
The Strand

The bustling hive of The Strand is where Londoners do their shopping and travel across the city. Open purses and ill-defended wallets galore.
Westminster

Our abbey and our hospital; where the rich come to be cured and the poor come not at all.
The Thames

Even in the city’s waterway lies opportunity. At the heart of London, the Thames is pivotal in the struggle for power.
Southwark

The great wheels that support Her Majesty's economy are always turning here, grinding the honest to dust and growing the rich ever richer.
Whitechapel

A grim pocket of destitution, many of the area’s inhabitants turn to begging, thievery, and often worse.
Lambeth

Once a sparsely-populated wasteland, this region has transformed into a borough bustling with commerce and life.
